1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed with Vann Inc through this website or via direct communication. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products and Custom Orders

Vann Inc specialises in customised and personalised products, including UV printing, laser cutting, and 3D printing. Product images and examples are for illustration purposes only. Final products may vary slightly due to material selection, customisation, or production methods.

All custom orders are produced according to the details supplied by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all information, artwork, spelling, and specifications are correct before approval.

3. Artwork and Approval

Customers may upload artwork or supply designs as part of their order or quote request. Submitted artwork is assumed to be approved for use and printing. Vann Inc is not responsible for errors in artwork supplied by the customer, including spelling, sizing, or layout issues.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice. Custom orders are quoted based on materials, size, and complexity of the work.

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Production Time

Production times vary depending on the product, materials, and complexity of the work. Estimated production and delivery times are provided as a guideline only.

6. Delivery

Delivery is available via courier service or PUDO locker option, as selected during checkout or agreed during order confirmation.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3 to 5 working days, depending on material availability and the complexity of the work. Delivery times may vary based on courier schedules and destination.

Vann Inc is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Collection

Local collection may be available by prior arrangement. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to the customised nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the product is defective or incorrectly produced by Vann Inc.

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photographs of the problem.

9. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production has started. Once production has begun, cancellations are not permitted.

10. Limitation of Liability

Vann Inc shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and content created by Vann Inc remain the intellectual property of Vann Inc unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Privacy

Customer information is handled in accordance with applicable South African privacy laws. Personal information is used only for order processing and communication purposes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
